- Retainer-relationship with companies (manufacturing environments) providing owners, executives, and human resource professionals with partnership in addressing employment-related strategies and issues.
Recruitment Support/Activities- researched, developed, and initiated search activities for selected key positions.
- Worked directly with CEO (Regional Distribution Services) to identify Director of HR – conducted pre-screens and identified top candidates
- Assessed, developed, and recommended recruiting strategies to improve attracting and retaining key talent
Compensation Analysis – conducted wage & salary surveys for approximately 125 positions.

Employee Handbooks – reviewed, revised, created, and implemented handbooks ranging from basic outlines to detailed communications.
